Delivery & Returns


Milo and Matilda use a combination of Royal Mail and Tracked delivery services for all orders. An email will be sent when orders are dispatched containing any tracking information. 

UK Mainland Orders over £50 - FREE

UK Mainland Orders under £50 - £3.95

 All delivery times given are approximate and may vary. Most items listed are in stock and available for dispatch within 2-4 working days. 

As Christmas baubles will be personalised just for you and then finished in our kilns please allow up to 5 working days.

Please allow up to 10 working days for personalised bags and aprons.

Ride-ons will be dispatched directly from the supplier in Germany, therefore please allow up to 10 working days for these to arrive. 

Orders placed after 3pm or on a weekend will be dealt with the following working day. 

Any bespoke handmade item will have its own estimated delivery time, please be aware of this before placing an order. 

If you require an item quicker than the estimated delivery time please do contact us by email as we will be happy to make this happen where possible.


All items purchased on can be returned, with the exception of any bespoke or handmade and personalised items.

If for any reason you are not happy with an item you can send it back within 14 days of receipt subject to the following conditions:-the product has not been used, manipulated or damaged-the product must be sent back with its original packaging. 

We will provide an exchange or a refund of the full purchase price, excluding the original postage cost. You, the customer, are required to pay any costs for the return of the item, unless the item was received faulty. 

Any goods damaged in the post will be replaced or refunded, we do however ask for an email including photographic evidence and that the original packaging is retained, including any mailing box or bag. 

For all returns please contact us within 48 hours or receipt by email in order to discuss options;  Ensure any items returned are adequately packaged to ensure they are not damaged in transit, this make affect your rights to a refund or an exchange if they are damaged during the return. We recommend you use an insured and tracked service for returns as we will not accept liability for any goods lost or damaged during transit. Any refunds will be made within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.


Please be aware that any bespoke or handmade item can't be returned due to change of mind.

We will email to confirm the order before work is started and confirmation will be taken as final. 

Your rights as a consumer are not affected and should a bespoke or handmade item be received damaged or faulty we will replace or refund. The damaged / faulty item will need to be returned to us.
